چکیده
Introduction Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is one of the two possible clinical manifestations venous thromboembolism (VTE), and other pulmonary embolism. The most common reasons behind upper limb DVT can be central catheterization, compression subclavian or anatomical abnormalities. Aim aim this study to stress importance accurate diagnosis relatively rare (SCVT). Due low specificity signs symptoms, a careful risk assessment VTE extremely helpful in successfully reaching diagnosis. Case Authors are presenting series 4 cases initial treatment Emergency Department (ED) patients with symptoms uncommon SCVT. All presented ED, which 3 were seen ED our hospital 1 patient, who co-author publication, had same allocated another city. Results discussion Among only has reached high Caprini’s score moderate Wells score. In Padua scale patient did not reach risk. risks each low. Conclusions cases, Wells, Padua, Caprini scores used evaluate VTE; diagnostic tool cannot efficiently utilized local anomalies, lead problems diagnostics such patients.
